Originally from France, I have been living in Queenstown, NZ for the last 18 years. I love the outdoor and I am so grateful to be living in such surroundings . This is what I now call home!

Holding a master in Outdoor Management, I met my Kiwi husband when traveling in Banff, Canada. Followed a year in France before settling in Aotearoa. Opportunities provided me with an administrative position in an adventure company. Despite enjoying the organizational aspect of it, I decided to change career path after the birth of my 2nd child. I retrained in what I always had a passion for: health, people and massage.

I obtained a certificate through the SIT Queenstown in Relaxation and Sports Massage. This was just an opening door... Since then, I did more specific training through workshops in Myofascial Release Techniques, Scalp and Head Massage, Scar Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Travels through India and Nepal along personal growth told me the importance of our Body Mind Connection.

An important aspect of my work is to listen to your needs on the day: from a more muscular physiological massage to a more soothing emotional massage.

When we reach our parasympathetic system, our body starts healing...
